COMMUNITY CAMPS

Themed Community Camps at Harvest Fest consist of community members collaborating to provide engagement, art, or other interactive experiences for fellow campers. The community comes together annually to create Harvest Fest, valuing a distinctive experience that emphasizes contributions, ideas, creations, activities, and sharing. Theme camps go beyond regular interactions, showcasing creativity, resourcefulness, and a unique cultural expression to foster an environment where Camp Leaders can freely share their creativity with the Harvest Fest community.

Camp Leader

Criteria:

Theme camps must be both visually appealing and interactive, drawing in the community to engage. Sound Camps are allowed but sound must be within set limits, check in with your neighbors about volume levels if you are using amplified sound and provide sound abatement for generators and control where they vent exhaust.

Registration Process:

Camp Leaders must complete the registration process by submitting the online form.

Each Camper must purchase a 3-Day Dirty Hippie Camping pass after registering.

Community Camp Perks:

One Themed Community Camp is awarded the Camp Leader of the Year Award at our annual awards announcements on Saturday.

If your camp registers and pays for at least 10 campers, each Community Camp Member will receive FREE Wednesday early arrival.
